You might be wondering why the updates stalled? We have had some delays on our electrical meter getting installed. This city is growing too fast and the City of Austin can't keep up.
Then we got notice that our construction super left the company for a career change (their story..not sure) So there our house sat for 2-3 weeks with NOTHING getting done! We've since been assigned a new super....but do you know what that means?!?!
The timing of our rent house to our new house is not going to work perfectly like we worked so hard for it you. We have to be out of the rent house by the end of this month. The construction of our new house has been delayed 3 weeks and now won't be ready until mid-to-end July.
That means we get to move twice in a month folks. I know you are all jealous! I've already cried about it but what can we do?
Here is what has happened this past week.
First...most importantly, we have electricity....
Our pretty front and back doors were installed. Need to be stained.
We visited the house after a date night to see what the house looks like at night with lights on and our wood floors had been installed that day! Aren't they pretty?!
